Warranty and Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects
Warranty: All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
Exchange for Incorrect Product: We exchange items sent in a different way than requested.
Steps for Exchange:
If the product has a manufacturing defect or is different from the one ordered, please contact us with the following information:
CPF;
Order number;
Product to be returned;
Defect or discrepancy identified.
After contacting us, your request will be forwarded to our quality department for analysis.
Exchange authorization depends on the opinion of this department.
Deadline for request: up to 90 days after receipt.
After analysis, we will contact you with the result and possible solutions.
Available Options for Exchange:
Full refund of the amount paid;
Receipt of a new product identical to the one ordered;
Exchange for a product of similar value;
Coupon for the value of the product for future purchases.
Return due to Right of Withdrawal
According to the Consumer Defense Code (CDC), you can request cancellation of the purchase within 7 calendar days after receipt.
