At Goat Sports, we work with international suppliers from the United States, Europe and Asia to ensure the best prices and high-quality products. Check out the details on delivery terms and conditions:

Shipping of Products
The products will be shipped directly from the factory to you, providing agility and security in the process.
Delivery Time: From 7 to 10 business days, depending on the location and logistics of the supplier.
Customs Delays
In the event of customs retention in Brazil, the release period will not be counted towards the delivery time.
We work with suppliers who, in addition to offering prices and quality, prioritize fast shipping.
What to Do in Case of Delay
If the stipulated delivery period is exceeded, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to check the status of the order.
If the Post Office is not in possession of the order, contact us immediately.
After checking with the suppliers and confirming logistical problems, we will refund your purchase in full.
Tracking and Payments
The tracking code will be sent by email within 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation.
For orders placed via bank slip, the clearing period may take up to 5 business days, which should be considered in the processing and shipping time.
